SURVEY OF PUBLIC PERCEPTION ON ELECTORAL REFORM AND WOMEN’S PARTICPATION AT THE POLITICS

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mongolia funded project “Representation and Inclusiveness through Electoral System” is inviting Research Institutions (NGO) with proven capacities to submit their proposals to implement a public perception survey on electoral reform and women’s participation at the legislature and decision making levels.

Duration: 45 days (from 01 November to 15 December, 2010)

Scope of work and specific responsibilities:
•Be select Research methods and survey samples.
•Should be nationwide survey
•Write a survey report recommendations
•Prepare and present a report/recommendations on the outcomes of the survey to RITES and NCGE
•Introduce a findings of public perception survey

Minimum selection criteria:
•Be independent of any political party affiliation.
•Have extensive experience in research and public perception survey
•Have skillful or competent researchers
•Be chosen a leader of survey.
•Have a consultant related gender and participation
•Proven in English

4.Budget of the survey
5.Previous activities list and detailed reports (if made related survey)

Interested Research Institutions (NGOs) are advised to package your proposal (including letter of interest and introduction of NGO) in a sealed envelope and submit to above address before or on 22 October 2010, 17.00 pm, referring to “Presentation and Inclusiveness through Electoral System” project.
